I have been a patient for 8 Years . very Nice Doctor . Good Bedside Manners.

Terrible. No bedside manner. My mother has memory issues so I asked to talk to him about her treatment while she was there. Barely gave me a minute of his time. Unfortunately, my mother went back to him. He refused to treat her because she did not have the total amount for her copayment. She is disabled with mental issues, asked to please be billed, and was rudely told that she would not be seen. People in the lobby heard what was going on and told him they would not be back. He is what you get when you mix an attitude problem with an ego trip. Suggest you pass. The reviews don’t lie. You might notice a 5 star review, he gave that to himself!

Rudest, Unprofessional, No bedside Manners.. Scheduled an appointment to be a new patient after not having a neurologist for 10 months. Dr. Pozo walks in the room doesn’t greet me, introduce himself just flat out asks why are you here. I explain that I’m in need of a new provider for the many issues I’ve been treated with the past 5 years he puts his head down and says I’m not taking any patients that have come from another neurologist or surgeon. I ask him to repeat what he said to make sure I heard what he said he repeated it again and walks out the door to his front desk staff and tells her that he’s not treating me and that I should either call administration on my previous neurologist to get an appointment or go online to find another provider because he would not treat me.. I have never heard of a provider telling a patient he would refuse care because they were seen by another provider that’s Crazy.. His reviews are horrible I suggest anyone read his reviews before scheduling an appointment that is exactly what I should have done before wasting my time with Dr. Unprofessional

Horrible.. Scheduled an appointment for an established patient advised him I hadn’t seen my neurologist in over 10 months and was in need of new provider. Didn’t greet me upon arriving, was flat out rude.. Advised me that he wasn’t comfortable seeing patients that have come from another neurologist or surgeon something I’ve never been told by a provider. Advised his front staff that he wouldn’t be treating me and that I should either contact administration of previous provider or go online to find another neurologist cause he wouldn’t treat me. When you seek new providers please look elsewhere cause he’s not the one. Each review I’ve read after my visit was Horrible he seems to turn a lot of people down for no apparent reason.. He’s very unprofessional and rude I will be looking elsewhere

Very strange guy. Was late to appointment. Then rambled on a couple times about himself with incomplete sentences. Then claimed I almost broke his fingers during a squeeze test (not even close). Then scheduled a brain scan for a neck/nerve impingement. I canceled further appointments.

Dr pozo is very good

Dr. Pozo has always treated me with respect and professionalism for the 10 years he’s treated me. My nerve studies are always spot on and with the doctor’s help I’ve weaned off of some meds. I highly recommend him.

Was referred by spine surgeon to rule out other possible causes. Dr Pozo came into exam room, I told him what was going on and he told me to get out, refusing to examine me. I’m a nurse and as a healthcare professional this was completely unacceptable. I’ve never been more disgusted with the complete unprofessionalism. I give zero stars.

he has given me several epidurals but they only work for a while and getting appts to take to long and you have to pay upfront what ins doesn't pay. Which is very hard when you don't have that much in your bank account till your next SS check. Sometimes it's to much since he is out of my district. But I do like him he does take time with you.

I was having a EEG and the doctor fell off the stool trying to sit,and I'm supposed to be comfortable with that, and the man doesn't TALK ,the office is nasty, people use a the bathroom bathroom and then just put the key back on the counter,,DON'T GO TO HIM
