Great office. Dr Dolcine takes the time to listen you and explain your labs results to you.

He is the most professional compassionate knowledgeable friendly doctor tells you the truth the bottom line! not only the body the mind as ❤️‍ well l a pleasure and honor to call him my Doctor

I had my first appointment in mid April I asked for a referral, I even went so far as to give all the info to his referral coordinator (ie) Dr Name, phone, address and fax number so after 1 week past I called and spoke to the referral coordinator trying to get info and her reply was he's seeing other patients ok so what am I supposed to do I know it does not take that long I have worked in a Doctor's office before. This office very rude and don't care about patients. DR Dolcine and his office needs to do better

dr dolce is by far a healer a comforter and wise and hones respectable understanding kind educated intelligent up to date doctor.. he is amazing, he saved my life. he is also humble which arrogance seems to run our world...xo great man

The staff is generally rude, but the doctor is excellent. HE REALLY CARES. I honestly had bad impression of him at first when I read the reviews. But after I met him, I would not change him for any other doctors in the world. However, he needs to do something about his staff. They certainly have a serious management issue at this office. They cancelled my mom's appointment twice. But when I finally got to see him, I realized that he has no idea how inefficient and rude the staff is.

They made me an appointment for 8am, even though they open at 830. When i finally got in I was told my appointment was cancelled. Called the office and had a conversation with the lab manager. She was rude and told me to find another doctor. She refused to apologize at all for any inconvenience. Would rather see a witch doctor then go there ever again. Read around for their reviews on this site and others. They are literally the worst and do not care at all about patients.

RUDE AND INCOMPETENT STAFF!!!! They make appointments but do not keep them. Mine was pushed forward 30 mins and then cancelled for no reason. Called office manager and she told me to find another practice. No apology, nothing other then her saying "I do not care just find another doctor, this is not my problem" Worst customer service I have ever received. Horrible especially the lab!

That has not been my experience with this great, caring, trustworthy human being. I would recommend him above all other doctors I have seen in the last 20 years. Coincidently, my name is Maria too. So weird!

I visited Dr. Dolcine for an annual physical, which included learning about my medical history, an EKG, and ordering blood tests, as I would expect him to. He discussed my concerns and also helped explain some of the results I had from some other tests that had been run (by a different doctor), which was good information. I thought he was thorough and listened well, and I felt comfortable with his medical knowledge and his overall demeanor. The only concern I have is with the patient portal used by this practice. No matter what I do, I cannot access test results or view any documents that are there. His staff will print out any results or other information, but it's very annoying to receive an email that a document has been added to my record and not be able to see it without going into the office.

WORST DOCTOR IN THE WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD. DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR NEEDS. IGNORES YOUR ISSUES AT FIRST HE ACTS LIKE HE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU AND THEN WHEN YOU FOLLOW UP IS WHEN YOU FIND OUT HE IS FAKE. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO NOT EVER SEE THIS DOCTOR. MY NAME IS MARIA AND I AM SO DISGUSTED WITH THIS GUY. I HOPE KARMA WILL GET HIM. I AM KNOW HAVING TO DEAL WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND GOING TO BBB ABOUT THIS GUY. I AM STILL IN SEVERE PAIN AND CAN'T GET A REFERRAL BECAUSE HE REFUSES AND EVEN WITH A HOSPITAL REPORT THINKS IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO SEE THE DOCTOR. EVEN THOUGH I HAVE DIVERTICULITOSIS AND DONT NEED TO FOLLOW UP AND SEE MY GASTRO. DR. DOLCINE IS A NON CARING PHYSICIAN AND I HOPE MY MESSAGE GETS THROUGH TO OTHER PATIENTS SO THEY DONT HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS SCENARIO.
