So this doctor is my primary care and my pharmacy has been trying to get one of my cholesterol medications approved since July 26th and today is August 10th. I had called the past two days about five times and they just keep telling me what I want to hear. The women that I talk to on the phone are rude and nasty. Everytime I call it's somebody different and I tell everyone of them I only have one pill left this is kind of urgent to get approved they could care less. So now tomorrow I have to call my cardiologist so he can take over my prescriptions and I will be reporting this doctor and everybody that I talk to to the president of Cleveland clinic.

This office is a joke. I met with him once in two years(via zoom)as my “primary care physician “. Every time you speak with a nasty receptionist they treat you as a number not a person and never have any appointments available even when you have been released by a hospital and must follow up as a part of your discharge agreement. I have never in my life felt less cared about.

Dr. Alekseyenko truly makes you a partner in your care. He is warm and engaging and easy to talk with. His nurse was wonderful too. I highly recommend him.
