Can not get appointments AND when you FINALLY get the appointment the waiting is just too much! Getting another ENT
Great staff Dr.Berghash is caring as well as professional..
Great office staff, very friendly. Dr. L. Berghash and his medical staff are very interested in what my issues were and listened to everything I had to say.
Dr. B was awesome. Fixed my problem quickly and he and his staff were very friendly. I always have a great experience in this office. Have seen Dr. Lanza before too.
Berghash did my sinus surgery, EMS Had to be called to revive me. That was approximately 3 years ago, Until this day I have regular morning nose bleeds. The staff was a bunch of 'Rude' children, making fun of patients, doing faulty billing, coming in exam room with Dr in clusters, of 3-4 (reason, still, beyond me?) I asked dr why?, they just nervously laughed. I was their 'Fun' victim for the day. Dr Berghash was a willing partiant to this action, he Did Not instruct them to leave. The office was untidy, definitely needed cleaning & organization. The office building was filled w/ mold, mildew, & disinfectant, failing to 'Coverup' smell & bacteria. My visit deserves a '0' rating for EVERYTHING. Worse doctor's experience ever. I'm not the only patient with this type of comment. Go @ Your own risk!!!
On my second visit to see Dr. Berghash I was disappointed. I told him about my experience at physical therapy. I told he that did not help. He didn't seem to care . He didn't recommend for me to see another therapists that specializes or has training or advance certifications in that area. He came across as o well, I don't know what else can be done. If you are a doctor of concern and a great doctor, you will refer the patient to someone else that has the expertise in that field.
Coolest dr I ever went to. Highly recommend
Rude and nasty staff - particularly the appointments lady!Terrible bedside manner and arrogant. Examination for horrible vertigo & inner ear pain/fullness was 10 minutes. He gave no explanation of possible problem & just said auditory test ordered to find out. He handed me papers & no explanation!Unable to schedule appt , until 1 month. audiologist, Donna Taylor fantastic. Dr. Called with 5 minute follow up appt! Unsuccessful physical therapy & wrong diagnosis & incompetence. Finally, consulted a neurologist who successfully diagnosed Ménière’s disease! Never ever brought up by Dr. Berghash.
Dr. Bergash is the best ENT I have ever seen. He is dedicated and listened to me and my symptoms very carefully. I highly recommend him.
Went to get my ears cleaned professionally because my ears felt full and clogged. Seen a nurse practitioner. Said my ears didn’t need to be cleaned scheduled a hearing test. Hearing test on next visit showed negative ear pressure sent home with over the counter sample of nose spray. Returned for second hearing test 90 days later performed slightly worse on hearing test. Requested and actual Doctor instead on practitioner since I’m paying $670 a month for my solo healthcare plan and $60 Co pay per visit. I didn’t come to visit a specialist to see the guy practicing medicine. Doctor gave me pat on the back with more recommendation of more over the counter nose spray. Big waste of $180 in co pay. Doctor burgash showed no real concern of complaints said my issue was just an aggravation even though I use my ears for a way to provide for my family.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
