The nurses were nice and took their time with me, the facility was clean and presentable. However, my only comment is that the doctor was way too much in a hurry. I tried to give her a full detail on what was wrong with my hands and she kept rushing through the process. The reasons for going to doctor was only Half fulfilled which makes it a little frustrating because I still worried about what’s going on in my body. Overall, I think I should change my doctor.

We’ve been patients at Pediatric Associates for years and I’m very disappointed with how down hill their practice has gone. I just called and requested my children’s most recent shot and physical records so that I could register them for a new school. I was told they couldn’t release either to me until I vaccinate my children completely. We have medical reasons why we don’t fully vaccine our children and have gone through the proper channels to get that documented. They have those records. Basically, they are holding my children’s records hostage until I inject my children against my will. Sometimes not all things are black and white. Sometimes there is a gray area. They need to work with patients in that gray area. I will get my shot records from public records at the health department and I will go to a walk in for a school physical. We will NOT be returning to Pediatric Associates.

Dr. Soto is a very nice lady! I;ve been going to her for about 3 years. She's willing to listen to you and I don't feel like I'm being rushed! She pays attention to what you say and and suggests you get certain tests to be on the safe side. So far, she's been right about several of them! I have no problem with her and I feel like she is a very good doctor. She's awful busy but my time in and out is not long! I'm usually called back within 5 minutes after I get there and on my way home within 20 minutes after seeing her!

Our experience was wonderful. She took us as a walk in which out of all of the pediatricians we went to that has never happened. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Soto took her time with us. Answered all of our questions. Never belittled us. Our daughter didn't want to leave even after getting her shots. She even called other doctors for us that she recommended. This is only our 1st time coming here. Thank you for the help. Glad to see there are people who care
