List of Md Now Urgent Care- Port St. Lucie Southwest's Reviews
I was in and out in an hour. Everyone was pleasant and efficient.
I filled out a registration 1 hour before they opened, they texted me letting me know to come in. When I arrived, they asked me to fill out a form. Before I took the form, I asked the check in attendant what the wait was, she said 1 hour. I left. If I could rate them 0 stars that would be my rating.
I had a great experience today. I came in looking for answers and everyone was very patient with me.
Went in because I had stomach ulcer pain. Paid cash and was self pay. They wanted me to do blood work and was going to charge me more money if I did it there. I told them I didn’t want to have blood work done right then so he wrote me a prescription so I can have it done at Quest. A month later I received a bill stating I had blood work done and I owed $100. I called billing and they had to file a claim and said it should be fine. I received another bill saying I still owe and was denied. I then called again and they have to resend it and do another claim. I never had any blood work done there and should never had received any bill in the mail!! I’ve tried calling the office and there is no one I can talk to regarding it. This is absolutely insane. I even have the prescription for the blood work to be done. Hope they don’t do this to others.
This place is a disgrace. I went in there with chest pain. They charged me $50 co pay, nurse took my blood pressure, says oh I've never seen that, takes the machine outside the room and the Dr. Tells her in the hallway that the machine isn't working because my blood pressure was too high. He then came in the room, and told me the machine doesn't work with higher blood pressures and that means I'm in need of emergency care and I should use an ambulance to take me 2 miles down the road to real ER. I drove there in tears on the phone with my husband thinking I was having a heart attack or stroke because of the way this doctor acted. Horrible bedside manner and unprofessional. Way to make someone feel even worse. Fyi it wasn't a stroke or heart attack, per ekg.....
I went online to check in around 11:30a and said I would receive a text notifying when I would be ready. Instead i never received anything except a link to leave a review. I waited at urgent care for 3 hours for a test. Very slow and rude front desk lady.
My hero’s. They listened to the problem and then took action. Great staff from the check in to the “hope you feel better” on your way out.
Staff is very pleasant. Was told wait was 2 1/2 hrs & best to make appt online. Which I I did & went home. Recd text they were ready for me. Clocked out of work and waited an hour before waiting another 45 min. in room. I almost walked out.
Good medical services by all staff.
Very happy with all the staff members in general, especially the nice lady at the front desk. Thanks.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
