WELL READ BEFORE YOU DO ANY SURGERY HERE...GET A SECOND OPINION....AFTER 9 MONTHS I AM BACK AT THE BEGINGING, AND WAS TOLD THAT I DID NOT NEED A FUSION BY ANOTHER SPECIALIST.. FROM WHAT THE SCAN SHOWED BEFORE SERGURY..ESPECIALLY AN ANTERIAL ENTRY, BUT I WAS IN PAIN AND NEEDED A RELIEF, THIS SURGERY WAS OVER $200,000. DOCTORS WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OFF YOU AND YOUR INSURANCE. STILL HAVING AFTER PAIN... 2 WEEKS AFTER SURGERY (had a fusion with Dr. Paul, he is an absolute angel. great doctor, awesome personality, understanding human being. The moment I woke up from surgery I felt better, with months of pain and leg numbness, I was relieved that my problems where gone. Dr. Pauls' office staff are the best and sweetest people, they communication effectively returning calls and making sure everything was ready for my surgery. )Thanks guys.

Dr. Paul is the best neuro surgeon that south Florida has to offer. I have had three surgeries on my spinal cord. The first one was preformed by a surgeon whos incompetent staff left me with a infection. Dr. Paul reversed the procedure to keep the infection from spreading. The second operation he preformed was done with excellence. b Besides all the conflict with the insurance company Dr. Paul and his staff maintains the highest quality of care. You can't find better care. You are a name not number in his care. I cant Thank Him and his staff enough.

After years of Neurosurgeons telling me there was no hope I was blessed to find Dr.Paul at St.Lucie Medical . He is a caring, kind ,compassionate and very talented professional who cares more about the OUTCOME than his INCOME . He listened intently, studied my case thoroughly, answered all of my questions honestly, and recommended a course of treatment called “Kifoplasty. He did not fill my head with any false hope and best of all the results of the procedure he performed exceeded my wildest dreams .With his professionalism and terrific bedside manner while I was in excruciating pain he felt as much like a friend as a medical professional. I always had the feeling he was giving 110% as did his staff . As I said I have been suffering for years and he was the one and only Dr who ever offered me hope .Perhaps I was hoping for a miracle and although one was not promised it was delivered ! Old fashioned care, wonderful surgeon and staff! They don't make them like this anymore! When insurance denied my husband's L5S1 surgery, the surgeon himself went out of his way to send them everything they needed multiple times and Rainey and Melissa at the front desk went above and beyond to assist in getting it done! He woke up feeling like a new man, and was walking the very same day. We are so grateful to everyone at this office! I too have my back surgery scheduled with Dr Paul next month. He is efficient, confident, caring, and has old school class and charm. Highly recommend.

Hi , my name is Jorge and Dr. Paul preformed an ALIF back procedure and a Kyroplastey procedure after I fractured my back. Dr. Paul explained the procedures to me and answered all of my questions. After the surgeries , my pain decreased and I had better range of motion. I would highley recommend Dr. Paul for an excellent neurosurgeon.
