A very caring Nurse and Doctor !
I was referred to an Infectious Disease Doctor based on my condition. When I called this office, I was told that in order for my case to be considered, I would need to transfer my medical records over. I did that and then called them back to follow up on whether they received my records or not; however, as typical, I had to leave a message. Left the message over 2 weeks ago and have not heard a peep from them. Reading prior google reviews, it seems to be a common theme with this office. I suggest looking elsewhere if you need an Infectious Disease doctor in the area.
I tried to get a refill on my antibiotics and was told the doctor needed to do an authorization. I told whom ever answered the phone i currently don't have insurance due to a change of jobs and need my pills to avoid getting Myrsa again. She' couldn't care less. I'll drive cross country to a new infectious disease doctor before going back. I knew I was in trouble when the machine says listen as the message has changed. Then say's hit 1. That was it. LMA I finally received my insurance and went to see Dr. Collins. I was very impressed on how polite and helpful the staff was.
Pitiful and rude interaction with the staff in making an appointment. Cant imagine a doctor of any quality allowing such pathetic front desk staffing to treat paying patients as poorly as I believe I was treated. Why pay money to people who treat one so rudely. Its not like the doctor went to an important medical school and he /she is the only doc in town???
Arrogant and impatient. He doesn’t even listen to patients’ concerns. Someone like you should not even be a doctor, let alone in EMERGENCY medicine.
This has to be the best Doctor in PSL helped my Husband a lot thank he in and his staff
Went in there for a pulsating headache to Memorial Hermann that would not go away. They gave me some migraine meds, when he woke me up, he asked if I feel better. I said actually no, it is still there. He said we are discharging you with migraine medicine. Dude, you are arrogant and this makes no sense. I complained of pulsating in my eye and head. 5 days later, it is Shingles of the eye and face. It got so painful with an improper diagnosis and an obvious “this patient is not making sense” attitude. Believe me, I can pay your bill, but this will be rather fun. You have to know pay attention to your patients. I have been through hell if you would have just asked a few more questions, it may not have been as bad. Please consider this
called several times, no call back to address issue
I have no idea why the negative reviews below. This is hands down one of the best offices I’ve been to and I deal with a lot of doctors offices due to some illnesses. Dr. London who I have seen since September is FANTASTIC takes the time to explain things and talk to you like a normal person not just a number. Jacob on the office staff always get back to you with in an hour when he has to reach out to a doctor for an answer to a question I have had. It’s a delight dealing with Dr. London and her staff.
Met Dr. Collin in Martin Memorial and he was great. I was prescribed a new antibiotic when released and had few frighting side effects. I called the office and was treated like a pariah and with no empathy. I called a few hours later and the reception was downright rude. I was told I would receive a call when the doctor had time- nobody ever called. Somebody should rethink their career in customer service....

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
