I take my infant here, Dr Schell is her Dr and she’s great at what she does. Professional but very warm and caring. Almost like another grandma to the kids. The office is oddly small with little room to sit if they're are others there and definitely no place to stand. If you want to talk to a person instead of an answering machine you'll have to call early morning. The nurses are very friendly and so far my appointments actually take place during the time appointed. Another plus is how Dr Scheel makes and gifts blankets to you for your baby if they’re newborn which I think is so kind. My kids still have the ones she gave them. I get frequent updates and reminders about appointments and vaccines which is helpful.

We went to the vaccine clinic at Northport K-8. They were wonderful. Pleasant, efficient, careful. I have an 8 year old that has extreme shot gear. They were very good, and quick with her.And Myra was wonderful. 😁

The PSLCHC conducted vaccine events in our area and we were pleased with the friendliness of the staff. The only slight issue we had was some confusion with appointment times but we quickly learned it was first come first served. Thanks for being a part in the wellness of our community.

Dr. Scheel is great but the staff is very unprofessional. Had multiple problems in just the 1 week my daughter’s been under their care.

NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES. Especially when they have someone awaiting results and promised a call back they never fulfilled.

Horrible experience. They never answer the phone. Never call you back and never uploaded anything to the online portal for you to see and they expect you to trust them with your kids .. ya HARD pass! my daughter will never go back. called every day for 2 weeks after a MRI for results still don’t know them and still no call back say No to DR Hill
