Been coming here since middle school and at this point I’ve noticed only a tiny portion of the staff actually seems to care. Just know if it isn’t an easy appointment then they’ll give you the hardest time other wise. After today I’ll be looking for another provider.

This place is by far the worst place to go to see a dr….. you might as well go into an er. 34 weeks pregnant and needed speak to nurse about couple things Erica states “were short staffed right now I don’t know when will you get a call back” next day I got A hold of a nurse name Veronica who then says she will call back because she didn’t know herself what the policy for the office….upsurd….

Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. I even tried a different location under the same clinic and both were awful. None of the locations complete appointments on time even when arriving 15 to 30 before scheduled. And the Darwin location after getting genetic testing wrote down the wrong gender so my gender reveal was an embarrassment. (And it was a lab nurse who wrote it. You would think she would know how to read lab results)Added stress that's was not needed during my pregnancy!!!

Moved to FL halfway thru my 3rd pregnancy and getting transferred was a mess. The front desk staff had no idea how to deal with my Tricare insurance and the switch. I really like the midwife and Dr Z and Dr Burney, but OMG…be prepared to wait at LEAST an hour every visit. They have forgotten to put in details for my last two ultrasounds so the poor tech has been running over an hour behind both times. Earlier this week I was here for 2.5 hrs waiting to see the doctor for my 38 week appointment. There’s one front desk lady who is repeatedly curt & I’ve heard her rude on the phone to people a handful of times while waiting & as soon as she hangs up she talks bad about the patient to the other front desk staff loud enough for everyone to hear…very unprofessional.Delivering any day now so will update my review after I go thru that experience.Not sure why this office is so chaotic when EVERY time I’ve been here there has not been more than a few other people waiting, but it’s seriously insane.
