I have been a patient there for a few years, primarily with the one in Fort Pierce but started going to the Port St Lucie location for Primary Care. Called because needed refills on my prescriptions, which is a pain anyway and was told my physician had left the practice and I was not even informed. The receptionist or person who answered the phone, I've dealt with her before is always rude and always acts like everything is such an imposition I will definitely be changing practices after that experience. It's a shame too because doctors have always been very helpful and nice but they need to hire more customer-friendly staff

Last month I needed refills on my prescriptions. I couldn't talk to anyone in the office for 2 days and then the weekend came still no medicine and I got really sick. I wound up using my insurance with teledock to try to get my prescriptions so I would feel better. A month later now I'm trying to get my prescriptions refilled I called Thursday no one called me back now it's Saturday then Sunday maybe Monday they will fill my prescriptions . Wish me luck that I will hear back from the doctor's office and get my prescriptions refilled.

Today was my first time going to a Doctor in a long time and I had an excellent overall experience with NP Ashley and the scheduler Kim. Ashley took her time explaining everything with me and was quick to get me going with order forms for a diagnosis. Kim was awesome to get me an appointment right away! Great first time experience, thank you!

This is the best to come and give plasma. The staff is very friendly and comfortable to talk to about anything. The staff is very good with remembering your name the more times you come.

He’s amazing if you get him keep him don’t let him go!!! He’s no longer at heart family health. So not am I. Miss him. I’m not ez he is amazing. Not enough of him in FL. Think he’s the only A doc in Saint Lucie County.
