My daughter had an appointment to have her teeth cleaned (we made the appointment at previous visit). They texted, emailed and called at least 10 times reminding me of our appointment. When we got there the receptionist said we no longer had an appointment since we didn't confirm verbally! I said- we made an appointment, we didn't call to cancel, so why would I also have had to verbally confirm. Horrible customer service.

I’m 67 years young and I have to say that I have never been to a dental office in my life that is more friendly and welcoming yet professional and efficient in my entire life. From reception to assistants and finally my dentist, the entire staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. I realized within minutes that the normal anxiety and nervousness I have always had just wasn’t warranted at this office. I can only assume that all Sage Dental office are the same, that it’s the company itself that creates this atmosphere…. But I can say without a doubt the Port St Lucie office and Manuel Capriles, DDS and staff will always be highly recommended by me! Thank you for your Excellent standard of care!

In my initial evaluation I was told I needed to give them $3,324.00 before any work was done.The extraction was done and they said I had to go to Stuart for the implant which is over an hour from me I opted not to continue, with an implant I called 3 times, no response then sent them a letter requesting a refund of $2,274.00, which was a credit on my account post ins coverage, no response

I have always had excellent care at Sage Dental in St. Lucie Blvd. Port St. Lucie, FL. I have experienced troubles with the corporate billing but supposedly it's been resolved.
