I miss Dr Collin so bad he always Encourage me about my health
This has to be the best Doctor in PSL helped my Husband a lot thank he in and his staff
I have unfortunately been forced to work with Dr. Collin and his office for over a year. When I call with a question or a concern, they make sure to make me feel like I am a burden to their office. They are not consistent in returning calls, and even in time of emergency they find it difficult to help you. Good luck getting the time to speak to Dr. Collin. He is never in the office, does not answer his phone, and the only way to see him in person is to find him in the hospital. Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor.
called several times, no call back to address issue
I have no idea why the negative reviews below. This is hands down one of the best offices I’ve been to and I deal with a lot of doctors offices due to some illnesses. Dr. London who I have seen since September is FANTASTIC takes the time to explain things and talk to you like a normal person not just a number. Jacob on the office staff always get back to you with in an hour when he has to reach out to a doctor for an answer to a question I have had. It’s a delight dealing with Dr. London and her staff.
Horrible experience with Dr Collins. He did not take me seriously and I left with no treatment plan. The entire office is an unprofessional mess. They have no communication skills and no ability to follow up. You will be calling for days trying to speak with your doctor or get an answer back and each time you will be told no we don't have any messages about you calling. Avoid this terrible office at all costs you will not receive care here.
Met Dr. Collin in Martin Memorial and he was great. I was prescribed a new antibiotic when released and had few frighting side effects. I called the office and was treated like a pariah and with no empathy. I called a few hours later and the reception was downright rude. I was told I would receive a call when the doctor had time- nobody ever called. Somebody should rethink their career in customer service....
Dr.Collins was fantastic, took the time to listen and explain everything. My complaint is with the follow up from his staff. I was called and told what I needed to do, I said ok and within 5 minutes I called back and it went to voice mail. I asked for a call back. A week later I had not received that call so I call back and again went to voice mail. I repeated the the need to talk to them and asked for a call back. 3 days after that I called again during their office hours but got their answering service. I again left a message for them to call. The next week I got a call from a different office, I explained what I was messing to talk to the office and she said she couldn't help me but gave me a phone number of someone who could. I called and talked to Donna, again I went through my need and she said she wasn't the right person but would find out and call me back. That was 3 weeks ago and I still haven't had a call from anyone. Kind of makes you feel like patients aren't really that important. Again Dr Collins gets 5 stars, the staff, very low rating.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
