Dr Gabriel Guerrero is the best Doctor, his knowledge 100 % right, I have 11 different doctors, and no one know how to manage perfectly a systemic condition as dr GG. Have had manage it, since 2008,I am taking what he did prescribe me and always my CBC is 100 % normal as 30 yrs young lady. (I’m 50) I can tell I am healthy, I am blessed!Before him I was feeling uncomfortable symptoms; But since he managed perfectly my case then I know God blessed me with this eminence Dr Gabriel Guerrero.He is blessed!.. he is gifted!! He is the best!! God bless you Dr Gabriel Guerrero 🙌🏻

After two referrals from two different physicians I was never able to get an appointment. The first attempt my referral and copies of bloodwork where lost twice and I never heard back from the staff. The second attempt, they confirmed my paperwork was received but said I would have to wait until it was determined if I would get an appointment. After waiting for a month and no word about an appointment or not, my doctors office called them only to have them say a decision hadn't been made and appointments where at least six months out. All I could wonder is if they treated me like this and I wasn’t a patient yet, how much better would they treat me if I became one? Had to be referred to another endocrinologist as my condition was worsening and I could not wait another six months only for them to potentially decide I would not be seen. Terrible way to run a practice!

I had an andocronolgy appt with Dr Casanova, snd he was very kind and informative! The nurses and office staff have been helpful and nice too! I have nothing but positive things to say about this office!

Called for an appointment...busy signal, answering machine. Left detailed message spelling name, 2 phone numbers and that I am recently diagnosed with follicular lymphoma and have a nice on my thyroid that kit up in PET scan. Need appointment ASAP. STILL WAITING, 4 WEEKS. Now I see staff is a failure....looking elsewhere. Sorry Dr G, hear you're excellent, guess I will never know!!!

Dr. Guerrero is awesome. He is very competent and compassionate. Dr. Guerrero really cares about his patients. My daughter is a patient of his and I accompany her on all her appointments she has with him. From the moment of her first visit I knew we found the right physician. Thank you Dr. Guerrero, you're the best!

Dr Guerrero is a great doctor. That being said, it is becoming more difficult to get an appointment with him. Some of his staff have a lot to be desired. Some are unprofessional and lacking in empathy for the patient. I hope he or Cleveland Clinic can correct this.

Had to get my MD from out of town to request appointment, clerk said she would decide if I could be seen. Waited for 7 months for appointment Never was told that appointments done over the phone. Now missed two blood monitorings, one ultrasound, and exam of thyroid. Bizarre way to provide care
