This is one of those rare times when you actually feel fortunate to have had a surgery and the reason for that is the amazing professionalism I was treated with by Dr. Klem. Cannot thank him enough for his top skills top expertise top bedside manner he combines all of the above in one. Thank you Dr. Klem for getting me out of my misery and putting my neck back together

I wonder now who are the patients writing a "nice" review... if they really exist. This is the worst doctor I have ever seen... never gave me a diagnostic or explanation about what is my painful condition that I have in my feet after surgery. He didn't want to order a test... today is Day 31 after surgery. He wrote "Myofascial release" in a therapy order but never bothered to explain that. His only explanation was that "he doesn't have a crystal ball to know when I will get better!" (?) What is that? A total lack of respect and medical ethics.

A terrible mistake. Now I am paying the consecuences. After surgery I am in pain as never before and he doesnt care. He is a psycopath. He told me his job was done and to go and look for another doctor. My surgery was on july 14. Shame on you doctor.

Dr. Klem is amazing!! He saved my mother’s life from a front lobe head tumor. He is very caring and attentive plus super intelligent. If I ever need a neurosurgeon he will be the first one on my list. The office staff were nice & genuine; I felt very comfortable with them. This is the kind of care all physicians offices should practice.

Amazing Physician! Saved my mother’s life!! He removed a front lobe tumor and my mother came out of surgery fine. She had no complications from the surgery nor any pain!! If I ever need a neurosurgeon he will be my first choice. He is caring,attentive and intelligent. His office staff were very nice and genuine! I felt comfortable with them and so did my mom. Cannot stress enough how grateful I am that God put this doctor in my mother’s path.

Dr klem I’m very thankful that you have been here for me and special for my father, we are looking forward to seeing you again,I’m glad that we’re referring to your office, after so many years ago you have discovered my father with His medical condition ,thank you for your time and your help,great team!!!

Para mí a sido la mejor experiencia,pasé de un 10 de dolor a un 0 ,en cuanto desperté de mi anestesia fue como si nunca hubiese tenido nada,ni pastillas para dolor post quirúrgico ni molestia en la herida,nada.Es muy profesional y ama lo que hace.Su personal de oficina son todas muchachas jóvenes pero muy bien capacitadas. Siempre tienen respuestas a las inquietudes de los pacientes. Recomiendo al Dctr Klem 100%. Gracias Dctr Klem.

The worse, he is a very nasty person. Lacks of bedside manners. Looks like he is always in a bad mood. I don't have an oppinion about his qualifications as a surgeon. He only told me, that I need to go to a pain management doctor, in a very nasty way. What an unpleasant experience. Feb/2021
