Dr. Casanova is an excellent doctor. Very careful, thorough, and knows what he is doing. It is hard to find an endocrinologist who is truly expert in treating thyroid disease; most are primarily diabetes specialists. Dr. Casanova is expert in both areas. He explains everything very carefully -- much more so than my previous endocrinologist, who had been in the same practice. Warm and patient. Try to get the first appointment of the day if you don't want to wait.

I would readily recommend Dr. Casanova Romero to a friend or family member. In fact both my husband and I have been fortunate to be his patients. Dr. Casanova Romero is well versed in diabetes and its associated problems. He is kind, listens to the patient and address all patient's wants and needs in an appropriate manner. I would recommend him in a nano second. His office staff in Wellington are competent and helpful. There has never been a problem in scheduling an appointment.

Dr Casanova is very personable and truly cares about his patients. He is very knowledgable and takes time with his patients. He leaves no stone uncovered. He explains everything and is very conscientious. He takes a holistic approach to patient care asking about all systems and what my other doctors are doing about my care and inquires about my other medicines and medication interactions.

I would say the Dr. Casanova is one of the best endo's out there. He is so knowlegable on thyriod disorders and PCOS. He has saved my life and my sanity.

Great doc, knows his stuff, overall great but wait time always annoying, and I think on more than one occasion they push through the prescription reps ahead of the patients waiting on time for dr.
