A. Randall Seeger's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Seeger seemed like a nice doctor, but his staff was horrible; I had requested Dr. Seeger to fill out FMLA documentation that my job required stating medical necessity. Seeger filled it out, and his staff sat on it for two weeks. I didn't find out that they had not turned in the documents until the company I was working for's hr department contacted me asked if I was quitting when confronted. The staff made excuses about not having my phone number despite having called me multiple times prior. Later the same staff instructed me in preparation for surgery with Dr. Seeger to discontinue taking medications I take daily, then canceled said surgery because I followed their instructions, further compounding the problem by refusing to refund $400.00 surgery that never happened and that they canceled. My interactions with Dr. Seeger were acceptable, and he was professional but and it's a big but his staff is both unprofessional and unethical. Those failings have cost me *Buyer Beware*

One of the best Drs I have ever seen. Had a massive kidney stone. Ultimately requiring surgery. Dr Seeger and his staff were fantastic every painful step of the way.

Such an amazing, friendly, knowledgeable Dr. We loved our visit. First my husband was so nervous but once he spoke with the Dr he felt so relaxed and in good hands. He gives you quality time and great advice.

One year ago today I had a surgery done by Dr Seeger an I tell you nothing we discuss about the outcome of the surgery happened the way I was told it would. I consider it the worse day of my life an I am humiliated every time I look at the results. I'm so wrecked emotionally an even after a whole year I still have nothing but pure pain everyday all day. Still hurting an in constant pain after one whole year. A surgery that should have healed in 6 weeks yet still causing me tremendous discomfort after a year should not be happing. Wow! What a great experience! Dr. Seeger and his staff are top notch. He listened, diagnosed, and had everything ordered and sent in right there! I got into the office in one day! I come from Rochester, NY where TWO of the largest medical ceneters in the world are located. I tried three urologists. All said they could see me in Novemember! This was AUGUSTY!!!!! I told them I had blood in my urine, that did NOT change their availability. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Seeger!!!!!
