Dr. Szentermai is simply genius. I am only sorry I didn’t have the surgery earlier. I took a while to do a review. I had to wait and see. After surgery I walked couple hours later without pain. However shortly after there was some nerve pain for several days which was to be expected. I was pretty much 75 percent pain free. I only took some for the pain every 2 or 3 days instead of 3 medications twice daily. After a couple months. I can say I am totally pain free. He’s a caring doctor and very professional. I am fortunate to have found him.

Being a practicing surgeon myself, I knew who to ask who to go to, the O.R. nurses that work with the neurosurgeons. Universally they all said Szentirmai. My experience with him, from initial consultation to surgery to follow-up has been nothing short of exceptional. He is a caring, readily available, talented surgeon that's at the top of his game. My cervical spine surgery has completely eliminated my pain and neurologic deficits and allowed me to return quickly to my practice. I could not recommend any physician more highly.

Im 5 months out of back surgery and for the first time I’ve been 100% without pain and also have not taken an opioid pain medication in over 10 years.I HIGHLY recommend OSZKAR SZENTIRMAI, MD from Cleveland Clinic in traditions. I went and saw him some time ago and he looked at my back and started me on non surgical solutions. When that didn’t work we were forced to do surgery. Had I known how GREAT I would feel after this surgery, I would have opted straight to surgery. I feel like I did 20 years ago and again am 100% pain free and off opiate pain meds. His bedside manner is amazing!Give his office a call and get into see him. You won’t regret it.
