Pascal Bordy's Online Review Report Card

Terrible service. They gave my mother an appointment for 11:30, and had her waiting for over two and a half hours. Beyond disrespectful. I understand waiting half an hour, maybe an hour, but two and a half is ridiculous. Nurse even said “oh I forgot you were still here” when my mother went to complain about the wait. It’s a shame bc the doctor is nice, but staff is just beyond disrespectful.

I have been going there over 10 years and I can not say enough good things about the Dr and all his staff! All very caring and concerned about YOU as a person not just another number.

I came to the clinic the end of November. I called first to make an appointment. I explained we moved here 5 months ago and I need to get a doctor. My doctor in Illinois has been refilling my medication because of covid. I call so many offices that were on a wait until March or April. The lady asked can I come now. I was so excited. I jumped in the car and drove 15 miles. I got to the office and did the paperwork. I was waiting an hour watching other people that came in after me, get called back. I asked the girl at the front desk why this was happening. She said they had appointments. I told her they told me to come over. I assumed to see me. I told her it wasn't an emergency. Would it be quicker to make an appointment. She said yes. I made one for today early morning. I got there and once again, I waited. An entire hour in the waiting room. Than I went into a room were I waited another 30 minutes. I finally couldn't see waiting anymore. I left. The girl at the front desk really doesn't care that you wait. She was unsympathetic. She was the one who scheduled me. She said they were catching up. I got there at 9:30. They open at 8. I never saw anyone clean the door handles, seats or counter. I was very upset when I left. I also was told I was seeing a nurse practitioner. I came to see the doctor. I'm from Illinois and they dont have a room full of people waiting together. You get taken back right away. My daughter works at a doctor's office. 9 doctors in her office. She said this is not how it should be done. No social distance either. Now I have to start all over.

Came in today for an appointment! I appreciated the kindness and professionalism.Nurse was very gentle and kind to me and dr was as well.Thank you

Went to get a physical. Waited well over an hour. People kept saying they'll be right with you.

Three hours go by and I’m still sitting in the office already paid up front and still no doctor. This is the worst service ever. If u need to see a doctor please save yourself the time and go somewhere else

Dr. Bordy has been awesome since I've been going there (about a year now). He actually listens to what I ask and have to say. He promotes trying to have a healthy lifestyle to try getting OFF of meds instead of finding reasons to keep you on them. The wait is never horrible and, even though the visits are often fairly short, I don't feel rushed. I feel he takes the time that I need. Thank you!

I honestly do not know where I would be today, without Dr. Bordy in my corner.I recently had a wellness exam with Chris.
