List of Angela Keon's Reviews
Office is horrible, I needed to change my prescription called the office left multiple messages and never got a call back. Will look for different doctor.
Very disappointed. Appt. was at 11:45, said to be there 1/2 before to do paperwork. Finally saw her at 2:30!!!!! She even waited till the very last minute to release me for surgery, didn't send it in until 3:55pm to the hospital... Should have gone to the surgeon. Surgeon called me to cancel because it wasn't received. But it was taken care of by me and Sue at the hospital so I did get the surgery the next morning. I will not be going back to her.
I have seen Dr Keon for 5 years and adore her! She keeps up with current research and standards of practice and is great at patient education. Admittedly there are long wait times some days so plan accordingly and bring a book, magazine, or whatever. BUT when you see her she'll give you all the time you need and she is exceedingly thorough. She is worth the wait!!When I chose an "alternative" route to treat a health issue she was very supportive. I greatly appreciated her encouragement.I am a retired Masters prepared RN and always felt comfortable asking questions and discussing issues with Angela.I'm writing this review as I'm moving. I have so appreciated Dr Keon and wish I could take her with me!!!
This practice lacks good customer service! I lived out of state and relied on them to be good with my father. Most times the office staff was rude, only a couple of them were kind but the rest lack in that field! And if you have an elderly parent, I find this to be important! The Dr. started off to be decent but if you think you are getting in and out think again, my poor father had to wait anywhere from 1 hour to 2 1/2 hours for his appointment having a bad neck this made him very uncomfortable in the little small room awaiting his visit. We didn't get return calls in a decent time frame, I don't feel they treat their patients as if they matter
Dr Keon is a wonderful PCP. She is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and supportive. She covers all the bases during her visits which yes, means you often have to wait, but she gives you the time you need when you're with her. As a Master's prepared RN I appreciate that she keeps abreast of current practices. The other providers to whom she's had to refer me have been just awesome. I trust her implicitly and highly recommend her. Unlike others, I have always found the office staff to be attentive and helpful. I've seen them deal with some very challenging patients in a calm, professional manner, especially Cindy.
A physician who is caring, takes the time to take care of her patients by not rushing through the doctor patient process. And, she knows her stuff!!! She has been my primary care physician for about 5 years now.
A true physician, who actually spends all the time you require, with you. I have found her staff to be efficient and pleasant. My wife and I have been patients for three years, and we both highly recommend her.
Amazing Dr. She takes all the you need. Best Dr I have even met. (I’ma retired EMT).
Dr Keon is amazing. She is a diagnostic doctor. You will wait. She is worth the wait. She does not treat you as your number. She treats you as a family member. You have all the time you need with her. She goes through everything in your chart every single time. That is why you will wait. She doesn’t push pills on you she tries to find out why you’re having the issues. Then she does her best to correct them. Amazing
Waited for two hours to see Dr. Keon. Finally left. Other patients were chatting about how long they were waiting as well. Gave Dr. Keon another opportunity to get the timing correct. Same results. I no longer see Dr. Keon. Thrilled to now be part of the Millenium system!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
