The absolute worst experience. First they charged me over $1800 for a cleaning. Ok, sure. Necessary evil, I suppose. Then I get a letter in the mail saying I still owe $316! I called my insurance company, and they said there was probably a miscommunication. They say if the office would get in touch with them, they could sort it out. Both myself AND my insurance company have been reaching out for over 2 weeks now and this office will not answer the phone. When I had gotten an answer, only after calling another coast dental office and making them call the original, all I get is attitude from the horrible office manager they have there. Oh, and also, they wanted to charge me $14k for the work I "needed," and I'm getting the EXACT SAME work done at another dentist for under 5k. Needless to say, I will never use this company again, and I highly recommend you don't either. Panther Hollow is in town, and they are 10x better.

Very pleased with my initial consultation and x-rays. Abby and Dr. Martinez were very caring and patient in explaining my upcoming procedure. I am comfortable with these people . That means a lot to me.

Julie the hygienist is good but always seem to wait a long time even though I have appointments. The need to adjust their scheduling or notify patients if they are running late

Appt at 10am. 10:20, still waiting. The office had a very strong perfumy odor, and I am extremely sensitive to smells. Staff not talking english. I left.

I am here for a simple cleaning which normally is a 45 minute to 1 hour process. I have been sitting in this room for an hour now and still haven’t seen a hygienist. One person took an inordinate amount of X-rays and it was more painful than any other time I have had X-rays taken. I am running out of patience so I may not get to rate the actual cleaning if it doesn’t happen in the next 15 minutes. This is ridiculous. 0 out of 10 do not recommend. Edit: when I did finally get a hygienist, I was told my cleaning was going to cost me $233. I chose not to pay that and went home to look up my policy. It states that 2 free cleanings per year are covered so I have no idea why they are trying to charge me that. I will be looking for another dentist.

SO unprofessional. I made an appointment for my son a week ago. They confirmed it via phone and text. I get there and they told me they don't do kids. (He's 6.)
