Jonelle and her staff are so nice. Jonelle has been my dermatologist for almost 10 years. She has removed several moles some on my face and you cant even tell. She is wonderful

Dr. McDonnell saved my life My family Dr. told me not to worry about a tiny spot on my ear. I went to Dr. McDonnell’s office anyway. That Tiny spot was a Melanoma She told me exactly what where and how We needed to deal with it She has always been very thorough and takes plenty of time during the exam. Very gentle and calm manor. Best Dermatologist Period

Weve been in Florida since 1979 and great doctors anywhere are hard to find. McDonnell and her team are at the very top of the list. They are personable efficient knowledgeable how many great adjectives can I give? The Doc asked my husband once why he asked her about all his health concerns and his answer was an honest youre the only one who really knows what to do understands and cares enough to act If it wasnt for this topshelf team wed be in the soup with a very painful terrible quality of life. I cant thank her and her team who are always there for us enough How much more can I say??? If you want the best go see McDonnell.

In moving here In July I read where they had the peoples choice award. I left 3 messages with Reception asking for an appointment. Over 3 weeks I never got a call back. Finally was able to talk to a live dolt today who felt it was best to treat me like dirt. We are not even accepting new patients Thanks a lot you bunch of arrogant jerks. I thanked her for being UN kind on the phone and was answered your welcome. There is not choice but to look else where as apparently McDonnel Dermatology doesnt need any more people to treat unkindly. Good Luck to you.

One of the most caring and helpful Dr.s I have ever met. Yes her office may be experiencing some growing pains but I have watched this practice double in size over 8 years so that is to be expected.

OK So I called to make an appointment. Voicemail. Was told to leave a message. I left a message saying I was a new patient and wanted to make an appointment. They called back 2 minutes later saying if my spouse was not a patient here they were not taking new patients How WEIRD is that What if one is not married????? No thanks Ill find a doctor who wants to work.
