List of Quigley Eye Specialists's Reviews
I have been a patient at Quigley Eye Specialist for several years. Dr. Judd was my doctor in Fort Meyers but I was unable to travel there so chose the offices in Punta Gorda where I live. Dr. Campbell is my doctor and I have complete faith in him.I had an appointment scheduled for August 16, 2022. I was just notified that my appointment had to be rescheduled and the earliest I could be seen in Punta Gorda was in February 2023.I was offered an earlier appointment in Port Charlotte but I am unable to travel there, that is why I chose the Punta Gorda office. Not at all impressed with this patient care and will look for a new doctor.

I find this type of patient care to be unacceptable and I shall find a new eye specialist.
Great staff that see you quickly.

Just completed my annual eye exam at the Punta Gorda facility. As always I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I was rather disappointed by the fact that the person accompanying me could not sit in the waiting room while I had my exam. The exam usually requires my eyes to be dilated and therefore someone needs to drive me home. I chose to cut that portion of the exam out of this experience in order to save time and the discomfort of my driver. Hopefully in six months when my next appointment occurs this policy will be done away with. It is also my hope that the mandate for masks will also be done away with as many of us have already been vaccinated and for those who haven’t it should be a free choice and not a mandate for entry into the facility.
I have been back to get my glasses adjusted three times the same week I received them I was told they will have to replace them because they screwed up the fames. I received a new pair in about a week, only to return the next day for the same issues! I am going to try the punta gorda shop because I’m not going back to the Charlotte store.
30+ minutes passed my scheduled appointment, no communication from the front desk. No concept of customer service or value for your time. Walked out and will never go back.
I was in here with my friend and i felt that the waiting room staff was very rude with people. One staff member came in and apparently had a bad day and was very apperent that her mood was not up to par. Would rather go to Port Charlotte office where that staff is very friendly.
Dr. Lewis and his staff are a great team. From the moment I walked through their door I was treated excellently. The staff is caring, com passionate and professional. Dr. Lewis exceeded my expectations. I thank you for the great job you did. I highly recommend Eye Health Center of Florida. When they say "Let us take great care off you", they truly mean it. Thank you, Don D. from N. Ft. Myers
My total experience was excellent with no problems.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
