Dr Raymond Waters saved my mother when all other Doctors wrote my mother off giving no hope to survive more then 6O days . Doctor Waters looked at my mothers medical charts and said there was high hope in fixing her heart like new, and he did fix my mothers heart . He has to be 1 of the kindness down to earth Doctors I ever spoke with and he took time out to listen to all concerns and he refused to take any co-pays. Dr Waters will be always be in my heart for saving my mothers life. God Bless U

Dr. Raymond Waters is a very astute individual as well as the best doctor that you could actually expect to get. Much unlike many other doctors he does have a great bedside manner. You can tell that he not only is great at what he does but truly cares about his patients on a personal level. Dr. Waters helped not only to change my life but to save it as well.
