Was sent for physical therapy after a accident, dr estepa said he checked and cost was covered by my insurance, i went to therapist to find a back room office at a strip mall with home made equipment and furniture , rope and wood equipment , plywood therapy tables, bedsheet room dividers, they also said they checked and insurance will cover cost , but i didnt sign papers at therapist till i checked myself about insurance covering it, i had 1 hour session that day, good thing i didnt sign papers with them, ins basically said no way would they cover cost of therapy with them, so dr billed me $600 for the hour, would have cost me thousands if i had signed. Found out why i was sent to that therapist , dr estepas son. I refused to pay that little high cost scam. But dr estepa got the money out of my parents.

I have been going to Dr. Estepa for 15 yrs he is a good caring Doctor.

Lady, I told him ALL my problems. He point blank told me once that there is no such thing as Fibromyalgia. I went in one time for the Flu, and he told me I was pregnant. 99% of the time I saw him, he told me it was because I was pregnant. So I switched dr's. Now, I have a caring and compassionate dr, who believes in fibromyalgia, and doesn't think a hang nail is caused by pregnancy. Maybe because youre too old to have kids, as are 99% of his patients, he never told you it might be because of pregnancy, but when you are under 30, AS I AM - he does!

I don't know what that lady is talking about but he is a great, compassionate, understanding doctor. He is always there to listen to what your problems are and takes all precautions and diagnose what he feels is appropriate to your ailments. So let's think, do we always tell exactly what our problems are in full details? Next time be as specific as you can be in your problems even the littlest detail will help diagnose you faster.

Almost everytime I go in, I feel disgusted. I had a lump in my breast, and he thought I was pregnant, so I had a blood test to rule it out. I had sand in my kidney and he thought my pain was an ectopic pregnancy. Everything is about pregnancy if you are a female in child-bearing years. Be warned.....
