Today my husband was seen by Dr Robottom as a part of a clinical study for Alzheimer’s. Dr Robottom confronted my husband rather than deflecting him. Even I know better that to confront a dementia patient. I think the doctor needs more training about dealing with dementia patients if he is going to be the doctor in charge of the dementia study.

A patient could not ask for more from their care providers than that they be prompt attentive and well informed. Dr Robttom is all these things

AfterDr. Robottom cancelled FIVE of my appointments in a ROW many with less than 12 hours BEFORE appointment time and one I was told he was cancelling right when I walked in the door a sudden medical conference? Really? I had made arrangements to miss work for the appointments I finally realized he apparently thought he had better things to do than to attend appointments help his patients. Left this practice altogether. Rude unprofessional.
