I did not get the proper training. It was 3 weeks in before i started working with the preceptor. She was rude and did not train right. Even the patients knew that. I told the manager Agene and the instructors. Agene is not a good Manager she could use trainging herself. I failed the test twice. I feel the first test should not be counted due to it was an error and the instructor Atanna still counted it. Its more i could say but ill leave it alone.

Staff are rude here. Disappointing bedside manners. When the timer goes off the staff leave you sitting there. When you call over to inform them they roll their eyes. I cant believe how unprofessional and disappointing Fresenius is for dialysis. Skip this place
