No. I would not recommend him. No “bedside” manner never told me what he was going to do stuck a long needle in my arm without telling me and it brought tears to my eyes. I was there for severe shoulder and neck pain. When he stuck the needle in me I was crying with pain he pulled my right shoulder to make me hold still. I told him to stop. He grabbed my right shoulder and yanked me where he wanted me to be. I screamed in pain. I’ll never go back to him.

Dr tim likes his job alot His job is to stab people with needles. He also likes to pick on you for conditions you might have like EDS. Which he obviously doesnt believe in. But just for the record normal people dont have their joints go out of place on a day to basis and have to have reconstructive surgeries. But Im sure hes right because hes a doctor. In all honesty I found Dr. Tim to be a very creepy and overly opinionated out of his field of reference doctor. I would never go back there.

PainFree EMGs by Dr. Richard Tim In 1992 I had EMG tests on both arms in Tucson and they were so excruciating I sobbed through the tests and said never again. In 2018 I needed EMG tests in both arms and both lower legs. I was referred to Dr. Richard Tim. I was terrified. But guess what? ZERO PAIN with Dr. Tim His practice is limited to EMG tests and he is a real pro. Very kind he told me the most important finding to be sure I knew. That turned out to be crucial info. Highly recommend
