Dr. Messer is an example of what a FANTASTIC should be. She is caring and takes her time. I am never rushed and Dr. Messer takes time to understand you your concerns and whats happening in your family that may be a contributing factor. Other doctors should emulate her.

She is great. Excellent bedside manner and seems genuinely concerned with your well being. I love that she moved to Brier Creek since its closer to me than when she was at the Falls of Neuse location.

I really like Dr. Messer but the scheduling is a hassle. Even booking an appt online doesnt work well when you know you will need labwork done beforehand. The hold time is tremendous and I always get disconnected at least once. Last year I ended up going elsewhere and I may have to do that again sadly. Billing is crazy because lab work is done via the hospital so the cost is astronomical plus there is a facilities services surcharge of about $5060 just for walking in the building? Crazy.

I had been through 3 Family Practice Drs in about 10 yrs then I found Dr Messer. She is so kind and truly LISTENS to you. She asks the right questions to get to a diagn. I also feel so comfortable wher shes so caring and down to earth Ive never felt judged. I highly recommend Dr. Messer you wont be disappointed.
