I had my first visit with Dr. Radhalakshmi Aluru on 21521. What an outstanding efficient compassionate patient and very knowledgeable doctor Wake Med has on board.I had 30 years of hospital and medical office experience before I retired in California working at an HMO. I worked with many physicians and also married to my late husband who was a physician. I’ve seen how stressful it can be when coordinating and managing so many patients. I felt relieved and happy when I walked out of the clinic from seeing Dr. Aluru because I knew I would be well taken care of under her care. Sincerely Jeannette B.

Dr. Hicks is the Best She is very knowledgeable and feel like she cares about my health

The worst billing department ever Fraudulently bills for things insurance covers or will cover. If they get paid twice the keep the extra. Twice I was billed for an “appointment” that was never scheduled or attended. Caught them red handed billing twice for lab tests the my insurance had all ready paid.SCUM

Dr. Trapani is a great doctor who is thorough and attentive towards your visit concerns needs and medication maintenance. Really puts you at ease.

Now that I have insurance for the first time in 10 years a lot of my medical concerns are being addressed. My diabetic numbers has decreased and I am very satisfied with the service received from WakeMed Primary Care.

Ive been a patient of WakeMed in North Raleigh for many years. Dr. Atree is exceptional and I am very fortunate to have him as my physician. Ive always had excellent support from the entire team but the key is the medical guidance I receive from Dr. Atree that makes me post 5 stars.

As a firsttime visit to see Dr. John Whelan I was very impressed by his courtesy his professionalism his quick grasp of my medical and surgical history and the time he took to further understand and explain my medicalpharmaceutical needs going forward. I am happy that he is now my primary care physician

Dr. Susheel Atree has always been very professional respectful nice and cares about my health. He checks and asks questions about my overall health program. He recommends good health practices necessary tests and procedures and future check ups. He makes sure I get my test results and contacts me if theres any concern. I respect and trust him as my doctor.

If I had to pick one word that describes WakeMed Primary Care North Raleigh its consistency. Dr. Oei and her team are always a few steps ahead in every category and you have to being a doctors office. How many doctors do you know that get back with you the same day? How many doctors do you know where the weight time is always about 2 minutes? How many doctors offices have an easel with a list of what doctors are in that day as well as important information organized and posted as you walk in? How many doctors office have every member of the team greet and talk with you as if a member of your own family? I can go on and on. This office should be the benchmark for any office medical or not. The bottom line is their attention to detail and that defines this practice.

Dr.Rashid is excellent. Great doctor. Cares patient explains things well knowledgable respectful. Hard to find doctors like him. WakeMed should give him a raise.Also the staff there also was great. Very pleasant folks. Nurse and front desk lady. Id definitely recommend this place.
