Great experience with my three year old. The entire staff was friendly, the office is modern and very clean, we only had to wait about five minutes for our appointment and were in and out very quickly. Most important for me is they allow parents to come back with the children and treat the children well. While we were waiting, I overheard the dentist speaking with another parent explaining that her daughter was experiencing too much fear for them to perform anything and recommending she be rescheduled to be sedated as their office will not hold children down for any procedures. This was very comforting for me to overhear because there are so many horror stories with pediatric dentists that it made me feel very reassured they truly care about the children having a positive experience.

Both my kids like going to Abdoney Pediatric Dentist. They are always very respectful and kind. When Landon was going through chemotherapy they always asked how he was doing and made sure he didn’t wait in the waiting room while immuno compromised.

I scheduled an appointment for my children approximately 12 days prior to the appointment. I took off of work then 45 minutes before my appointment the office called and stated my insurance was out of network and the fee is $400. They had 12 days to verify my insurance. Horrible planning and poor customer service.

I was amazed at how quickly we were in and out with 2 kids getting teeth cleaned. I love that it's an open door policy and parent are welcome to come back. Everyone there is friendly and professional and I am so happy we made the change!

Baby Ashby 1st dental appointment, it went well. Everyone was friendly and the waiting area was very kid friendly. He enjoyed the experience and although very little was done, it helped him feel comfortable with the new people and place. Thank you Dr. Bowers for the referral.
