Dr. Paola operated on my right kidney stone and didn't clean the stones. He turned the device upside down. The same night I had to go back to the hospital and I kept throwing up, my urine came out constantly and I had an unbearable pain. The next day after the surgery, another urologist operated on me, thank God.

My dad has been seeing Dr Paola since the mid 1990's. He has been great - very responsive and available when needed. And gives the right level of care based on his patient. Highly recommend.

Dr. Paola insisted on a procedure that I had several years ago with him, and I was not satisfied with the results or the way he performed it. When I called his office to request another type of procedure, I got a call back from an office staff person, not Dr. Paola, denying my request. The person also made a follow-up appointment for me that I did not request, making me believe that his office is more interested in another office visit instead of his patient's concerns.

Dr Paola probably saved my life in 2010. I have been seeing him for follow up screenings dozens of times since he removed the cancer from my bladder. He is very kind, personable, an exceptional Doctor and surgeon, and I have recommended him at every opportunity.

Dr Paola flat out LIED to my sister in law. Said he couldn't see her because she was 5 minutes late (traffic was blocked in the complex for construction). He stood right there & told her he had surgery to do & then took the next patient right in even though she admitted she was early.
