Annie at the front desk is super nice and the whole staff seems like they care.

Went today for my son's ear pain. The wait was short and the staff were so kind. We were in and out in under 45 minutes. They had water and juice available for patients in the lobby, and the front desk attendant offered us snacks while we waited. The PA who saw my son was so patient and knowledgeable. Always impressed by our experiences with BayCare. Thank you!

Don't waist your time coming here. You'll wait almost 3 hours. Even if you do the online check in the save your spot in line. Then the Dr will see for not even a minute and tell you that you some type of virus and everything is fine. Not even run any test to see if its covid or some type of flu. Even though you tell him you've have had a persistent cough and congestion for a month now. And im to believe its all fine. Okay doc thanks for dismissing me and being a total waist of time.

These people really help people. But the only thing it blocks us from being with them is that you cannot get a primary care physician on specific insurance policies. I wish that was changed.
