A+ for Dr.Cronson. From the onset of my kidney stones to the surgery, and follow up, he is as professional as they come and his bedside manner was how I like. Straight up, no ice.

Dr. Brian Cronson is a terrible Dr whom doesn't know how to treat minority patients especially, since most of his patients are white. If you are a minority patient I highly recommend not seeing this physician. He will not treat you, and will only judge you. Never before have I ever seen a physician with that kind of terrible bedside manner. I dont recommend seeing this doctor at all. The staff were nice, but the doctor was terrible. You wont recieve treatment from this doctor. Florida Urology Partners should be ashamed to have that kind of physician working for them.

Today they canceled my appointment for the third time. Dr. Cronson is too busy to keep his appointments. If seeing an assistant is what you want, this is the place for you.

The office staff is horrible! My husband had an appointment scheduled months in advance. He took off the morning of just to be told when we arrived that his appointment had been rescheduled to the afternoon. They called the day before and left a message to call back. When he called back, they said they were just confirming his appointment for the next day but NEVER mentioned the time change. The front desk receptionist was NOT apologetic or nice about it at all! I called the office manager and all she could do was apologize. We will be finding a different office that actually knows what they are doing!

Got a vasectomy done by him, no problems with the surgery, quick and easy, he respected my decision and I have no complicates. I would recommend anyone getting a vasectomy to go to him.

His employees are unprofessional with attitude and appearance, I had very bad experience.

The office says it all as you walk in it is dreary and drab, employees definitely are not courteous or helpful waiting time is excessive and never expect an apology! If you are looking for a doctor to trust in and that will communicate with you and is available on short notice then you should seek out another Urologist within the group!
