Fadi H. Diab's Online Review Report Card

I was referred here by a friend who said they were a great practice. My original appointment was in May. I was rescheduled twice, finally getting in to see the doctor in July. Then, they questioned why I didn't come in sooner with my concerns, like it was my fault. Doctor ordered tests and said I needed them right away. I was scheduled to have these tests done in October.

I had an appointment this morning with Dr. Diab, and when I showed up I was told they cancelled my appointment because he was out of the country. Although, I was never notified and the staff all seemed confused. I waited a month for this appointment, then was told I would have to reschedule a month later. One person said I was called this morning, which wasn't true, then another said I was sent a text. Why would you send a text to a patient? Would they be ok to send a text for me to cancel on them day of? I can't speak about any care of Dr. Diab because I wasn't seen, but if this is any indication of the type of service you'll receive I would look elsewhere if customer service and professionalism matters to you.

Dr Fadi H Diab was wonderful. He was so generous with his time, I never felt rushed. He listened to everything I had to say and was very caring. No Pressure to get procedures done, he said to call when I was ready!!! So nice to meet a Dr with such concern for his patients and so generous with his time. I have never met any Dr. that was not affiliated with Baycare that wasn't GREAT...and Dr. Diab fit in the Baycare comumity Perfect.What ever Baycare is doing keep it up,!!!

If you are looking for a physician , look no more . One of the best experiences I’ve had with a physician, he listens to all your problems and gives you his time as he was your own family and he takes the time to explain everything with such detail , nurse Crystal is also amazing and is very helpful , they both made the experience well worth it .

My experience with Dr. Diab has been exceptional. Last year I had lab works appear abnormal during a normal physical that caused concerns to my primary doctor. I went to go see Dr. Diab where he was very diligent in ordering tests and was able to make a diagnosis. After diagnosis, he worked very hard with adding and tapering medications needed to get my labs back to normal range. Dr. Diab found my diagnosis very early and I will forever be grateful.

Baycare is awesome, but Dr Diab is the best. I'm in quick and he understands and cares, he is finally taking steps to take care of me and I will be cured, I waited years for this. All the other doctors told me I couldn't start medical treatment because I was not bad enough. But he did everything he needed to do to get the cure treatment. I've never had a doctor run so many labs an do an ultrasound. The other doctors always did bare minimum. I will forever remember him and his care.
