They let you come in to pay a co-pay for someone but then make you go sit outside in the heat instead of sitting in the lobby. Rude staff.

Just want to say everyone in the office was very kind and patient with people. Sometimes things happen and the doctors run behind schedule but everyone was apologetic and receptionist offered us water and snacks while we waited. THANK YOU ALL at RIVERVIEW FLORIDA ORTHO

Dr. Doarn is amazing. Yes I waited an hour to be seen but he truly cared about my issue and spent his time with me. He was not in any rush to get out. I could feel his empathy.

Just another $$— 2nd complaint POOR SERVICE, lacks professional courtesy- like follow up after my MRA. Not one call, letter or notification, how long does it take to read or get MRA results and develop a treatment plan Eddy Echols? It’s been well over a month since the MRA. I wish I could ask my ins provider to ask for reimbursement for all the bills they paid for office visits, PT and MRA. Worst experience ever!

I had a 12:05 appointment. It took three weeks to get this follow up appointment. Been waiting for TWO HOURS and still waiting. Should have looked up reviews BEFORE I went with them. My primary doctor referred them to me. Should have done MY homework! This over booking should not happen! Very disturbing

I have had experiences with 3 PTs at this location. One was not so great and very clearly had not read my chart (and left me in more pain than I went there with) but the other two were awesome - with a specific kudos and thank you to Alex. I am going there for my spine and shoulder, and I left today with my shoulder feeling more relief than I have had in many months, maybe even years! He was so attentive, asking the right questions and clearly caring about giving me the best possible treatment. He clearly knows what he is doing. I totally trust that he had my best interest in mind, and he was also just an all-around pleasant guy to have to spend an hour in close quarters with. Thank you Alex - whatever you are paid, it’s not enough!
