I called to say that I would be late to my appointment and they said I only had 3 minutes to get to the office before I lost my appointment. I was to the office within the 3 minutes and then they made me wait for over 5 minutes before anyone called me up to the desk. When I was called I was then told I would have to reschedule my appointment. I am very highly upset and aggravated at these people. Every doctors office should have a grace period but apparently this doctors office doesn't care that things happen that cant be avoided. Needless to say I will be trying to find a new doctors office to go to.

I was extremely impressed with Dr. Taylor from my very first visit. He actually had my medical records from my previous medical group on the west coast, had reviewed them, and had a page of questions ready to discuss. He was always very thorough during each visit and most of all, he listens to his patients. He is kind, patient and caring. He also holds you accountable. For example, if you have high blood pressure and diabetes, he will provide you with daily logs to fill out so you can monitor these items. He is, by far, the best primary care physician I have ever had.

Dr. Taylor, since I moved here 13 years ago, has been just the kind of doc I wanted. Listens, advises, acts. He has recommended several, well 3-4, specialists. Some way too busy to take on any more patients (must means the patients are sharing the good news), some have 'some' room. One in particular, neurosurgeon, did a great job on me. No more pain. Dr. Taylor's crew is professional, terribly busy, but I do not have to wait very long, most often only 5-6 minutes. I hesitate to tell my friends about his practice, but I do.
