Heidi Arnold's Online Review Report Card

Moved to Riverview a year ago. The most difficult thing to find is Doctors, so my expectations are not high as you normally do not find a good fit on your first visit. This office is the exception, from the front staff to nurse checking you in and Doctor Arnold herself. Its a busy practice, however they take the time to be efficent and friendly. A couple mentions Kaylee at front desk was nice and helpful. Tiffany was the nurse that helped me and she we friendly and informative. Dr Arnold is very sweet, gentle and helpful in finding solutions for the different seasons of womanhood. She listens and takes your concerns seriously. I loved that this office had onsite mamogram and Estelle was gentle and made me feel comfortable in a most distress situation. I will stay here...everywhere today staff is short and its super busy, but in all the craziness of life this group knows patients are first and at least try their very best to perform their duties with care.

This office is ridiculous. For the past couple of days I've been trying to make an appointment. 2 times I had waited for over an hour for someone to schedule me and BOTH TIMES I was hung up on when they finally got through. The other times I called and waited- they give you the option to leave a message for "appointments only" but their mailbox is full. Never in my life!

Dr Arnold and staff are caring, knowledgeable professionals. I received my annual and mammogram exams and highly recommend.

My appt was timely. Staff was courteous and informative. Office areas and examining rooms were very clean and organized. Dr. Armas was interested in my health concerns and responded to all my medical concerns. I give the Woman Health Center a 10 plus rating

If you're thinking about seeing her for perimenopause menopause, find another doctor. Her bedside manner is terrible. A lot of women who go through perimenopause are suffering greatly with all kinds of symptoms. Do not go to this doctor if you're looking for someone who actually listens and cares. At my last appointment, I sat in the exam room for almost a half hour and had to listen to her have a personal conversation with another staff member. She doesn't communicate well in explaining the medication she prescribes. If you're having problems with the hormone medication she prescribes, such as side effects, she will tell you it's not a side effect and you need to go to your PCP doctor. She doesn't have you come back in and try and work out the problems.

When Dr. Arnold had an office in Plant City, she was my gynecologist. She was caring, compassonite, attentive and knowledgeable. She didn't rush me and answered all of my questions. She finally performed a full hysterectomy and did a phenomenal job. My whole life changed for the better. I don't know too much about her staff now, but they were great then. Yes, there was a little wait to see her, but it was worth it! In my opinion, Dr. Arnold is the best of the best!

No wait at all today. Dr. Arnold is never in a hurry. She is very kind, professional, and friendly. Her hormone pellet insertions have changed my life!
