We have been seeing Dr. Baldwin for 12 years. She is amazing. Not very happy about the wait time in lobby

Great Dr. My sons Dr since day 1 of his life. Very patient. Explains everything and has a wonderful staff. Vacs are stressful on everyone but blink twice and its all over. My son Moses and I feel the love and the office is always very clean

This doctor deserves no stars. I had to call the after hours call center because my son is sick and the registered nurse thought that it was important enough that she paged the doctor at 200 am. Dr Baldwin called me back and was extremely rude. She said it is 200 in the morning and you woke me up.. My opinion is she doesnt need to be a on call doctor anymore if she doesnt except her patients to get sick in the middle of the night. If she cant handle being on call anymore then maybe she should retire.

I just had my first son on January 202013 and on January 252013 was his first appointment with her and the office was really close by and easy to find . The lady at the front desk was really nice Shannon and come to find out she is my cousin that Ive never met... Dr.Baldwin was fast to see my little Dominic 5days old now she went over every part of his body and did all the test to make sure he was growing normal rate... She answered all 20 of my questions without being annoyed with me asking a lot... overall I love her office and her staff and so far she is great... I even had called her on Saturday and about 1530mins later she called me back quickly... this is the doctor to see n take your kids to when there is an emergency or any concerns you have with your children or babies .. I highly recommend her to anyone..
