Myron Kwan's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Kwan has been my GP for about five years now since I moved to Florida. He is outstanding in his ability to listen to any concerns I have--I never feel rushed during my annual checkups. The practice does a very good job in keeping wait times to a minimum, and the support staff are capable and friendly. His nurse is extremely reliable and prompt in returning calls and passing messages to and from me as a patient. While I have been fortunate to not need visits between my annual wellness exam, I am confident that this practice would handle any non-routine issues with the same professionalism and flexibility.

I was patient for years and with each year my appointment was rushed even more and more. They seem to always be in a hurry there to get the next patient seeing. I was still asking a question as he was walking out the door answering it. Used to be an excellent place to go but now I think they are just too busy

I credit Dr. Kwan with saving my life when, after having my symptoms downplayed by my cardiologist, he ordered tests that resulted in a significant diagnosis of pulmonary embolism. I sincerely believe that I would not be here to write this today, had Dr. Kwan not listened and taken my complaints of lethargy and shortness of breath seriously. He and his office staff are always extremely pleasant and caring. I would absolutely recommend this doctor for anyone who asked.

I don't think he took my insomnia seriously enough. Went to him twice begging for help. Didn't get much. Sleep is essential. People with chronic insomnia have a three times greater risk of death from all causes compared to those who sleep normally. Given this, I think he should have shown more concern. Months later I went to a sleep specialist who did show much more concern, but by then I had already developed serious health problems. Without going into too many personal details, I'll just say that I'll never be the same again. I also hated the way he spent so much time staring at his laptop while I was talking to him. To be fair, I don't think he's all that unusual which is why I'm giving him three stars.

Dr. kwan is an amazing Dr. being a Diabetic he has helped me lean to control my sugar and feel much better.

Dr Kwan is fabulous at diagnosing problems and finding the answers to solve them. He is an excellent doctor. I highly reccomend him.

He doesn't care about your welfare. His exams are incomplete. He cares nothing about the quality of your life. If you have pain of any sort, look elsawhere.

He mosly blew off my complaibts about insomnia. It ruined me.

Dr Kwan is one of the best doctors I have seen in a long time, he knows what he's doing. I trust him with my life.

I handed the Doctor a report that something about me was very concerning from another Doctors office. He looked and gave it back to me saying it was nothing to worry about. 4 months later the issue has gotten a lot worst and I am being treated at USF for help.
