1 week waiting for my appt. And when I was there waiting to be seeing by a Dr. The front desk lady told me I have to wait 24 hrs for the insurance (Humana)to cover the appt. Not a single call. So upset!!!! Not going back agack. Not recommended

To Optical Outlets Corporation, I recently was scheduled to see the doctor and receive glasses from the Riverview store location. Upon entering I had nothing but the best service. It was surprising since the techs were busy. I like to acknowledge Marion and store manager Ebony. Their professional and courteous service was exceptional. They troubleshooted my issue with my insurance and got me into the glasses I wanted. They are an asset to your company. I was very satisfied overall. Thank you again for providing great service. The Team at the Optical Outlet on Big Bend is just PHENOMENAL!! You can tell they take pride in their work by how accommodating they are when working with patients. I was having trouble adjusting to my new glasses, but they assured me that they would work with me to get just the right fit!! I appreciate their expertise, professionalism and help!! I’m glad I came to the Optical Outlet!!

Of all places I feel like I am so grateful that I found this one! Christina has been by far the most adorable and friendly person to work with on finding my new look- Dr Grey and staff are always very friendly and helpful and its super convenient !!! Thank you

Optical Outlets is the place to use your vision insurance. The staff is phenomenal Christie, Gizzie and Soli along with the Doctor. We had a 245 appointment that included vision exam, trying on frames and purchase and it was a 60 minute exceptional, professional experience. I will be back and I recommend you use this office. You won’t regret it.
