Came for a blood work, came at 8:10am this morning, is 8:56am and still waiting. Very unprofessional and rude the front desk lady. Doctors are good, but the waiting is just ridiculous!

I have been repeatedly calling numerous times since the beginning of the week to request medical records for a time-sensitive matter and have been unable to get a hold of anyone who could help me. It is now the end of the week and I have yet to be helped. When I call, I always have to leave a voicemail, and when I finally receive a call back, I'm put on hold until the call drops and I'm hung up on. It is absurd that not one person in the entire clinic has the time or attention to help one of their patients. Edit: After dialing the incorrect extension, I was able to receive help from an employee named Linette who was able to assist me with my issue. Unfortunately, out of everyone I had spoken to, she was the only one willing to assist and was very helpful in resolving my issue. It was explained to me that the office is very short staffed and while I'm sympathetic to that, I still believe it is ridiculous that it took an entire week of me repeatedly calling every day as well as dialing the wrong extension to find one person who was willing to help me retrieve my medical records. I too work in the medical field in a large clinic that is also understaffed, so I understand the pressure that comes with not having enough helping hands, but it amazes me that it took an entire week and over 17 calls per my phone records, to get a hold of one person who was kind enough to help.
