I really don’t know how this place is rated so well.. I’ve been a handful of times now and appointments are ALWAYS late, front desk speaks slow like they just woke up/don’t care and they are not organized nor check to see if you information is updated. Bare minimum. Really disappointed in how things are run. I’m told one thing then find out the doctor isn’t even there. My time is valuable. The place is ran down, it’s hot in the waiting room and it’s dingy. 🤷♀️

I did have a wonderful first experience, a quick appointment to refill medication. However I am a little disappointed with this pase experience. I really wanted to discuss a change in my medication, expressing that with the multiple problems getting them filled and the way I withdrawal I no longer want to be on anything thays going ro make me feel that way. Also I needed to get a referral to someone that can talk to me about the changes I have experienced mentally since having my baby. I understand that doctors are busy. I wish that mental illness was taken more seriously and people like me can be helped.

Dr. Ahluwalia is amazing. Made me feel so comfortable. I have had the same doctor for over 15-16 years and she recently passed so I’ve been so afraid having to start over. I’m happy I chose Dr. Ahluwalia. Such an amazing staff from the front end to the back.

Dr Aluwahlia is the best. He listens, doesn't rush you or treat you like another patient. He shows concern and is on point with treatment. The office staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Doctor seems pretty nice but I'm reality only cares about money. Every visit felt rushed and some of the front desk people are so rude .

Dr. Aluwalia is a detail oriented and he cares about patients. He is very intelligent and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Dr. Aluwalia who will spend time and effort on patients who visit him.

I have seen Dr. Ahluwalia twice now and he has a great bedside manner. He listens to your concerns and answers your questions; I’ve never felt rushed- some doctors these days spend all of 5 minutes and they’re gone, but I feel that Dr. Ahluwalia takes the time to discuss/examine/diagnose and he is very knowledgeable. I’m very picky about choosing my physicians because of my medical history and because I worked for physicians and surgeons for over 20 years. I plan to have Dr. A as my primary care physician. The staff at InCare are friendly and efficient as well. I’m so glad I found them! 10 STARS!!!!!
