List of Raul Ayala's Reviews
Saw this doctor for my elevated sugar. He encouraged a dietician however when I made the appointment with the dietician - he refused to provide the referral because his visits are so quick with his patients that he forgets and doesn't document properly. He forgot what my whole visit was about and said I needed to see him AGAIN for the referral for something WE ALREADY DISCUSSED. I refuse to see him anymore. I watched patients come in and out of his office in less than a min. He doesn't take his time. He rushes through your visit. Don't waste your time.
Poor communication skills. A real in and out kinda guy. Accused me of smoking cigarettes because he said my nails were yellow. He needs glasses and a new personality because he's a huge jerk.
ALTHOUGH USUALLY A LONG WAIT -- TAKES TIME TO ANSWER QUESTIONS AND EXPLAIN AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY BASED ON MULTIPLE VISITS. Eileen Painter retired RN
Terrible Doctor! Raul Ayala was selected as my primary care physician earlier in the year. We both agreed that I needed a colonoscopy. He did give me the referral, but the specialist is scheduled 60 days in advance. I went to the consultation with the specialist and everything was fine until the day before the scheduled procedure. The specialist called me and said they have been requesting authorization from Dr Ayala for days with no response. I called Dr Ayala’s office and spoke to Mattie. She said they were too busy to complete the authorization and said it would be a few days before they could send the authorization. I explained the procedure was the next day. She said sorry it will not be happening. I asked them why they are waiting until the last minute? They had 60 days to get the proper paperwork completed. She didn’t care about the situation at all. Now I’m looking for a new primary care physician and starting the process over. Unbelievable! Stay away from this guy! He’s trouble with a capital T.
Very nice place, good people working there
He’s horrible, disrespectful, treats you like a number and less of a human being. I will never go to that doctor again or recommend anyone choose this doctor as their pcp unless they like to play Russian roulette with their life. This doctor is not trustworthy at all. Be scared.
Dr Ayala has an incredible ability to quickly diagnose every medical problem I have had. He truly has a gift. I have complete faith in his ability to see beyond the superficial symptoms and identify the less obvious, yet more critical problem.
Today i came to my appt, everything was good as always. Dr Ayala, is my primary doctor for 10 years or more. He was always very acertive with my diagnosis and gave me the appropiate medications. He has many years of experience and he is a very smart Doctor. I have never had a problem in his office. I am very happy with them. They make me feel as family. The manger and the staff always on point and ready to help in any way they can 100% great service
Complained about pain in ankle, was sent for exray and result came back in aprox. 3 days. No one called me, and about a month after when i was in terrible pain and called; they told me the doc would call me the next day. No call came I went and was told I had a fracture. I still had to go back the next day for a referral, and when I ask why not on contacted me, Dr Ayala informed me he cannot control what his administration does. That was very unprofessional. My orthopedic doc sent a referral for a brace from 2/08/22, I have not gotten it as of today 3/03/22. This office is a total joke.
I had a great visit with Dr. Ayala and his staff. I received a very friendly greeting and did not have to wait at all to be seen. The doctor took his time to understand everything that I needed to tell him. He was very thoughtful and showed concern as he explained to me what my problem was and the course of treatment I would need. I have never had a bad visit at his office And was always treated with respect. If ever I have a question about my insurance, the office manager is quick to get an answer for me.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
