Raul Ernesto Ayala's Online Review Report Card

Started with dr ayala in January of this year 2021. My husband and I went there because he took our insurance and my previous dr who I really liked didn’t any longer. Also his office was very conveniently located for us. Care was not great but not bad, until this last visit.Went to him for blood work. Usually you go back to the office for results. I got a call before I was to visit the office and was told he wouldn’t be available so nurse practitioner would call me and give me my blood results as well as my urinary results.Np called me on the day I was suppose to have my visit. Gave me blood results and told me I had a UTI. She called in an antibiotic in to Walgreens and told me to call back to make an appt with dr Ayala for a recheck and follow up for infection. So I did.I was shocked wen I walked in and both the dr and his assistant did not know why I was there. They both told me this is not the way we do things.Oh it gets worse. Dr went over my results and proceeded to tell me that I did NOT have an infection.I said are you kidding? I took a week of antibiotics and I don’t have an infection? I don’t like taking meds of any kind and here it was I put meds in me I NEVER needed.He blew it off and said I’m the dr not the np. I have the credentials not her. So I said why did she then call me with results that were not verified by you? Or were they?He had no words no apology and took no responsibility like it was nothing.I would never ever recommend this dr or this office to anyone! Beware of this terrible dr and his incompetent office staff! Stay away!!!!!

Dr Ayala has an incredible ability to quickly diagnose every medical problem I have had. He truly has a gift. I have complete faith in his ability to see beyond the superficial symptoms and identify the less obvious, yet more critical problem.

Today i came to my appt, everything was good as always. Dr Ayala, is my primary doctor for 10 years or more. He was always very acertive with my diagnosis and gave me the appropiate medications. He has many years of experience and he is a very smart Doctor.I have never had a problem in his office. I am very happy with them. They make me feel as family.The manger and the staff always on point and ready to help in any way they can 100% great service

I had a great visit with Dr. Ayala and his staff. I received a very friendly greeting and did not have to wait at all to be seen. The doctor took his time to understand everything that I needed to tell him. He was very thoughtful and showed concern as he explained to me what my problem was and the course of treatment I would need. I have never had a bad visit at his office And was always treated with respect. If ever I have a question about my insurance, the office manager is quick to get an answer for me.

I had an appointment with them today set up two months ago... They took my inrance in the phone but when I got there they said oh sorry we don't take your insurance I have Florida blue HMo like really who does take Florida blue anyways they said took my temp. At the door which was great but as I got in the door had to put gloves on after the state said no gloves... I asked how much is a regular check up with out insurance they said 80. Really highway robbery if you asked me... Rant over

Overdosed my medication and has a horrible reputation in town for unethical behavior towards his female patients.

Very nice Doctor's I be see him for the last 4 years no complains... I Recommended 100%

Excelentes profesionales de la salud pero lastimosamente el front desk es terrible, la atención en súper lenta y muy poco amigable.

Worst doctor ever. Disrespected me in front of my wife and grandson. Wanted to take my insurance for a ride and redo all the exams previously done by my doctor in Hollywood, FL. Would not prescribe me unless I saw his contacts. He was just rude from the moment I stepped into his office. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy.
