Usually when I go to his office, there is about a 20 minute wait. For the first time ever, I was 9 minutes late to his office. After spending 5 minutes on the phone check in thing, evidently I was too late for his comfort. I was told I needed to reschedule because I was late. Pretty outrageous. Will be finding another doctor who is more considerate of my time. I drove 45 minutes there, spent 5 minutes checking in, waited 10 minutes for them to call me to tell me to go away and reschedule. Another 45 minutes to go back home. I WILL NOT reschedule with him. Also, it's very important to note that the prescription I need from him cannot be filled without the office visit, so now my quality of life is negatively affected because I don't have the prescription medication that was very helpful in making me feel better each day. Unbelievable lack of consideration for the patient... because I was 9 minutes late. (And if I was on time, I probably would have been forced to wait for 20 minutes)

Dr, B., has been my urologist since I moved here 12 years ago. He has been nothing short of EXCELLENT...he listens, asks questions and gave me answers I could understand. He has had to operate several times ..EXCELLENT surgeon EXCELLENT results....both his bedside manner and follow up again are EXCELLENT.

I have been attempting to make an appointment with Dr Bukkapatnam for two days. The person who makes the appointments says on her answering machine that she will return my call in 24 hours. 48 hours later, while I was in the shower, Kenya called and left me a message telling me to call her at her extension. When I called her extension I was sent to the same message machine telling me she would call back within 24 hours to set up an appointment. I will search for a different Doctor.

Excellent Doctor and Surgeon his skills saved my life, he is genuine and easy to speak to. He listens and cares about your health and needs. I would highly recommend him to anyone with Urology issues.

All I can say is Dr. B is a great dr. I've been in pain for years and had a full bladder of stones. He was able to save my kidney and operate to remove my stones. He also has a good personality which is a rare commodity now days. Keep up the great work doc. The Vadens

When I was told by other physicians that there was nothing they could do for me, I felt they didn’t really listen to me or provide the best care possible..I was scared and I lost my faith in doctors...until I was recommended to see Dr. B.. I could barely walk even with assistance and my kidneys were shutting down. He took one look at me and immediately began to do everything possible to care for me. He restored my faith in doctors and I am truly blessed to have him as my Urologist.

Dr. Bukkapatnam is a highly skilled physician with a wonderful bedside manner. He answered all my questions, relieved my concerns, and implemented a plan of action, thoroughly explaining everything.
