Dr Gullapalli is unprofessional and only cares about how much things cost. I was refused a specialist visit today I was scolded because" IF IT HURT SO MUCH FOR SO LONG THEN WHY DID YOU CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENTS." Completly unprofessional and accusatory. AVOIDDDDDDD

Dr. Gullapalli always takes her time and asks me questions. She listens to me and helps me solve my problems. She asks about my children whom she has seen grow up as they were with me when I first started seeing her. When my father died she got me the help I needed. As long as my insurance takes her I will see her!!!

In search of a primary care physician during the COVID 19 pandemic, I was blessed to have discovered Dr. Satya Gullapalli MD. Although our first encounter was virtual , the sincerity of care was wholly felt. Listening, non-rushed exams/visits, depth of inquiry, direct follow up phone calls, wellness goals are just a few examples of the outstanding exceptional care I have experienced. Dr. Gullapalli is the most caring doctor I have ever had. She does her homework about her patient's history before ever coming into the exam room. She asks questions and carefully listens to answers, then advises accordingly. At the end of the appointment, she always asks if there is anything else you want to ask or tell her. She has been my primary care doctor for about 10 or 11 years, and I have always had 100% confidence in her. Additionally, her staff is always kind and accommodating. Furthermore, when I am experiencing any kind of medical issue for which I need advice, her office will promptly relay my questions to her, and she will return my call , unless it something simple that she can have her staff relay to me. I feel extremely fortunate to have such an excellent primary care physician.

I called for an appointment and the lady was so nice and polite!!! But she screwed it up at the end, before the phone was disconnected the nerve of her to say I wasted all her time. Well I thought that was her job!!!

I have to agree that I am not happy with the office staff. When they answer the phone they are not very pleasant. I called several times and all of the times I was on hold for over 10 mins. How can you run an office like that. It has really gone down hill since the office changed names. I have to call for an appointment I will have to block off about 2 hours of my time to be on hold.
