I had a bad experience with TGH Tower at Big Bend today 2/28/2023. My appointment was canceled by Maria because I did not confirm with her my last 4 of my SS and health insurance on Friday 2/24/2023. When I call her back, she told me that she was off already from work and to text her my information if not they will cancel my appointment. I was not texting my 4 last SS numbers and health insurance as this did not sound right. I decided to call THG Tower as soon I hang the call with Maria, and they did confirm that it was required. I provided the information to them. When I go to my appointment on 2/28/2023 it was canceled as they did not have any of my information. I hope this does not happen to someone else as we are the ones still with the pain.

Mi experiencia en este lugar siempre ha sido positiva desde el personal del front desk hasta los técnicos en mamografía y Dexa san y rayos x son todos muy amables y profesionales la limpieza del lugar es excelente y muy buena practica en standard precaution en resumen:un lugar para visitar y el tiempo de espera para ser atendido es aceptable

Had a CT done , the process was very smooth. Check in , scan and done. Erica who did the scan was very informative of the process and makes a person feel comfortable. It Thank you 🙏

Scheduled online. Received a confirmation email and text. Front desk advised they couldn't find it in their system, and couldn't honor the appointment because they were fully booked. They rescheduled me at a different location further away in two days. Absolutely don't go here if you need urgent imaging.

No social distancing. People were sitting next to me and there were children running around. There were people who arrived after me that were seen first. I waited almost 2 hours to be seen. So frustrating especially when you're fasting and about to have an anxiety attack.

I love the openness of this location. Also, they get you in and out. It’s close to my home as well. I will definitely visit this location again.
