I visited the walking clinic on 301 Riverview FL, Yesterday, about 9:00 Am. Walgreens is unable to fill the prescription because it is missing information. Walgreens claims they have called and left messages. Over 24 hours and still waiting for my pain medicine. No one from this TGH Urgent Care has contact Walgreens.

Honestly a terrible office. When I arrived their McDonalds door dash order was blocking the door and then once I came inside there were 10 people in the waiting room with me while they are just handing out the McDonald’s and talking amongst themselves. Then I heard the front desk girls talking about how one of the providers needs to do less talking and more working because of the wait times at that moment. A little boy in front of me waited an hour and a half. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. I should have known when I saw the McDonald’s blocking the door that I was gonna get subpar care. Tampa general needs to seriously check on their offices as this is an embarrassment.

I have been here twice recently and I know most people review when bad but I had an excellent service. The ladies there are so incredibly nice even when completely busy. I had to wait a while but it definitely was not their fault. Patience is key but overall very pleased with their customer service and quality of care. They were open to hearing my symptoms and were open to discussing possibilities of what I could be sick with. Yes you could be waiting a while but i'm pleased with how I was treated.

This place used to be good but not anymore. More than 2 hours wait time is ridiculous. Than they put you in a room to wait even more. So disappointing
