Dr. Mesa was fantastic. Very busy but still very thorough

Awful customer service. Waited over a month for an appointment and I get there and they say the dr isn’t there today and that they had to reschedule…. Thanks for the 1 lousy call…. Never even spoke with anyone….. was skeptical about this office and now I can confirm no good. need new front desk people too

Find other help. Unless you want to waste your time at covid infused hospitals after getting false diagnosises from Dr mesa. Maybe she should brush up on what clear lungs sound like and rash recognition. After told my wife has shingles and pneumonia I was laughed at by emergency room nurses

I am extremely disappointed in this office. I loved my initial visit with Angela McClees and I was telling everyone how well I was treated. However, I had some blood pressure issues last week and called to get an appointment and was told they didn't have anything for 2 days. They recommended I go to one of their Urgent Care offices. I did. I was prescribed a medicine that was causing some side effects and I called TGMG office and was told I should make an appointment which I did and that someone would call me back about the meds. No one did. I decided to stop the medication until I could see the doctor at my appointment today. Well life happens and I was running late. So I called when I was on my way to see if I needed to reschedule or could still be seen. I was told that they would note that I was running late so I could still be seen. Well when I got to the office I was told that I would have to reschedule for later today or for Friday. I can't take time from work just like that. I made the appointment for today because it would not affect work. Here I am with blood pressure issues still and they have people that lie about calling back and about you still being able to be seen. If she had just told me I would not make it on time, I would have went back to work and not jeopardize my job. But they gave me hope I would be seen and then refused to see me. It is so sad that the doctor is awesome, but the supporting staff sucks. I will be looking for another office to go to.

Been going there for quite some time and always been welcomed there Good doctors there I like going there better than BayCare

I really liked my doctor Nancy. The office staff is very quick and timely as well.

I am a patient at the Fishhawk location and have been for a while. The problem with this office is when you get sick your doctor can never see you until a week later. If i knew when i was going to get sick i would schedule in advance. This is just poor customer service. They should do what they have got to do to get you in, atleast the next day. Good thing there's a Urgent Care down the road that never has a problem getting you in.
